ACRYLIC PAINT

This piece was painted during a time of physical and emotional pain after a horrific accident. I woke one night and went to my art room and she was born. In her, I left anger, fear and at the end I felt hope, and it shows in the yellow across her face. Today many years later I’m still affected by the accident but I have strength and a positive outlook. In her eyes I see pain and in the other the glimpse of a pain free day. Painting that night was a very cathartic experience. Channeling traumatic experiences is not just an artistic expression but a form of healing. It’s a testament to art’s power as both witness to our struggles and a vehicle for transformation.

The Face of Pain

When you buy something from an artist, you're buying more than a
painting.

You're buying hundreds of hours of trial and errors.

You're buying years of frustration

and moments of pure joy.

You're buying a piece of a heart, a piece of a soul....

A small piece of someone's life
